NPORS

Introduction

HSE believe that, as a Training Provider accredited to one of the six recognised bodies, an employer can select an organisation that can provide adequate and sufficient standards of training and assessment as required by UK legislation. Employers should satisfy themselves that the instructor has undergone appropriate training in instructional techniques and skills’ assessments. Whilst employers may operate their own in-house training system they may find in useful to have the training delivered by an NPORS Accredited Training Provider or have their trainers accredited by NPORS.
