Vehicle Banksman
Introduction
To teach the basic skill requirements and associated job safety knowledge to banksmen / signalers for the guiding and marshalling of vehicles in yards and loading decks.
What does the course include?
The course covers workplace safety, risk assessment and minimisation, hazard identification and elimination, selection and use of personal protection equipment, approved signalling procedures for vehicle manoeuvring and more.
How long is the course?
1 Day
Why do I need it?
In order to learn the basic skills and knowledge required for a banksman / marshaller. On completion of the course you will understand the statutory requirements and the need for safety training.
What qualification do I get?
On successful completion of the course you will be sent a Certificate of Training and Safety Appreciation.
